Shipping Policy - Amreeya

1. Introduction

Amreeya ("we" and "us") operates Amreeya.com ("Website"). By placing an order through this Website, you agree to the following terms. These ensure mutual understanding and protect both parties regarding our services.

2. General

  • Stock availability is updated regularly, but discrepancies may occur. If an item is out of stock at purchase, we will fulfill available products and contact you regarding backorder options or refunds.

3. Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.
  • The final shipping cost will be charged at checkout.

4. Returns & Warranty

4.1 Returns Due to Change of Mind

  • Returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt, provided the item is unused, in original packaging, and in resellable condition.
  • Return shipping is at the customer’s expense.
  • Approved returns will be refunded as store credit; shipping costs will not be refunded.

4.2 Warranty Returns

  • Warranty claims must be submitted within 5 days of receipt.
  • Customers prepay return shipping but will be reimbursed upon a successful claim.
  • Processing takes approximately 2 days.
  • Approved warranty claims may result in:
    1. A refund to the original payment method.
    2. Store credit.
    3. A replacement item (subject to stock availability).

5. Delivery Terms

5.1 Domestic & International Shipping

  • Domestic shipments: 3-7 days.
  • International shipments: 5-22 days, depending on courier selection.

5.2 Address Changes & Restrictions

  • Orders placed before 11 AM IST are dispatched the same day; otherwise, the next business day.
  • Address changes can be made before dispatch.
  • P.O. Box deliveries are only available via postal services.
  • Military addresses can be shipped via USPS only.
  • Out-of-stock items will be reserved until restocked.
  • If delivery exceeds the expected time, contact us for an investigation.

6. Tracking & Damaged Parcels

  • Customers receive a tracking link upon dispatch.
  • If a parcel is damaged, reject it upon delivery and contact us immediately.

7. Duties & Taxes

7.2 Import Duties & Taxes

  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes.
  • Customers must pay applicable duties; refusal may result in return shipping costs deducted from refunds.
